To be aligned with Governance Risk and Compliance Principle (GRC Principle), PTT established a GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) unit under Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Affairs, responsible for CG compliance and integration of CG principles, risk management, internal control, legal and corporate regulation compliance through corporate governance and development in line with PTT Group Way of Conduct to cope with the need to centralize and integrate the operations of all lines of business to ensure that the operations of PTT Group are transparent and comply with good governance and drive the company with efficiency and effectiveness sustainably under the management concept \u201cThree Lines of Defense\u201d.<\/li><li>Driving corporate governance of PTT Group according to PTT Group Way of Conduct, which encourage collaborations within the Group on legal and regulatory compliance and to elevate and align the Group\u2019s operational practices with international standards.<\/li><li>Anti-Fraud and Corruption by announcing PTT\u2019s and PTT Group\u2019s Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy as essential principles and guidelines embracing resistance to fraud and corruption for the Board, management, and employee to compliance with. PTT Group\u2019s Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy as part of the PTT Group Way of Conduct so that PTT Group companies may observe the same standards and management approaches and that all companies may achieve synergy under the investment objective. To establish a higher standard for business practices in the hope of having all employees do their best without expecting benefits, PTT enforced practical guidelines under PTT Group\u2019s policy on gifts, entertainment, or other benefits (No Gift Policy)<\/li><li>Requiring information disclosure to prevent conflicts of interest and illegal, improper activities, as well as requiring the directors, management, and all employees to disclose potential conflicts of interest through a specific disclosure form for suspected conflicts of interest with PTT.
