Facilitating timely flow of documents\/communication\/messages to and from the ED. i.e. Handling and maintaining files on all outgoing and incoming correspondences, checking and maintaining accuracy all outgoing correspondence submitted for the Executive Director\u2019s signature.<\/li><li>Free an executive&#8217;s time from administrative duties, so that ED can spend maximum time of strategic tasks; by managing the time of the ED including establishing\/arranging appointments, Important tasks and deadline.<\/li><li>Following up on actions and deadlines of activities involving the ED (i.e. participation in meetings, deadlines for submission of document\/information and etc.)<\/li><li>Placing and screening calls and answering queries for the Executive Director; making contacts with UNGCNT participants, UN agencies, government offices, etc.;<\/li><li>Making travel arrangements for the Executive Director including travel itinerary, booking, logistical requirements, visa, all protocol and other administrative matters.<\/li><li>Drafting on the request of the Executive Director routine correspondences (i.e. contents, letters, memos, note, slides etc.)<\/li><li>Liaising and work closely UNGCNT Staff<\/li><li>Performing other duties as requested<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
