Achieving these goals requires strong collaboration across sectors, including the private sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UN Global Compact is the world\u2019s largest corporate sustainability initiative, supporting companies to align their strategies and operations with universal principles on human rights,&nbsp;labour, environment, and anti-corruption, while advancing the SDGs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UN Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT) plays a key role in this effort by bringing together businesses, government, and civil society to drive sustainable business practices in Thailand. Through our&nbsp;programmes&nbsp;and partnerships, we support companies in embedding sustainability into their strategies and contributing to national and global impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Support the Corporate Relationship team in managing member engagement, onboarding, and administrative processes. The role provides hands-on exposure to stakeholder management, membership operations, and sustainability-driven business engagement&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Annual Contribution Management<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support&nbsp;annual contribution processes for member companies&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clean and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;membership database (e.g.&nbsp;remove delisted or inactive companies)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track payment status and follow up on outstanding contributions&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate with finance on billing accuracy and records&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process or adjust vendor forms and&nbsp;required&nbsp;documentation for member companies&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Member Onboarding Session Coordination&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate onboarding sessions for new members&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the membership approval process (tracking status, follow-ups, documentation)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare onboarding process,&nbsp;materials&nbsp;and schedules&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Networking Session Coordination (May 2026)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coordinate networking activities and member engagement events&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support planning and&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;for networking sessions&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
