Call for Applications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish the project working group and develop partner selection criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch recruitment of corporate partners and supply-chain producers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>August \u2013 October 2026: Market Insights &amp; Corporate Wellness Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct interviews with leading businesses to identify key growth drivers for the plant-based food market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select pilot companies and implement a <strong>Corporate Wellness Challenge &amp; Showcase<\/strong>, encouraging increased plant-rich menu adoption through behavior-change campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen participants\u2019 capacity to measure the carbon footprint of food menus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>September 2026: Plant-Rich Month Campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch the <strong>Plant-Rich Month<\/strong> campaign, including initiatives such as <em>Meatless Monday<\/em> and <em>21-Day Plant-Rich Challenge<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage hotels, restaurants, corporate buyers, and media organizations to promote healthier and more sustainable food choices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 2: Recognition, Knowledge Sharing &amp; Network Expansion (October \u2013 December 2026)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize a <strong>Plant-Rich Corporate Partnership Awards Ceremony<\/strong> and showcase successful Corporate Wellness Challenge participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Host educational exhibitions and networking activities to connect producers, buyers, chefs, nutrition experts, and industry stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote co-innovation in affordable, tasty, and low-carbon plant-rich menu development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feature project activities at major sustainability events, including <strong>GCNT Expo 2026<\/strong>, <strong>Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026<\/strong>, and <strong>SX 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Outputs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognition and knowledge-sharing platform for food industry leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expanded producer-buyer network and market opportunities for plant-rich products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased awareness and application of carbon footprint assessment for food products and menus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 3: Lessons Learned &amp; Policy Recommendations (December 2026 \u2013 March 2027)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct interviews and gather evidence from participating organizations and HORECA stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess project outcomes, including carbon footprint reduction, cost implications, and participant satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a comprehensive project report and policy recommendations to support Thailand\u2019s sustainable food system transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Output<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A set of <strong>business practices and Plant-Rich Policy recommendations<\/strong> to strengthen Thailand\u2019s food security, sustainability, and long-term growth of the plant-based food sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good understanding of the food and hospitality industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates with experience in <strong>marketing<\/strong>, <strong>business administration<\/strong>, <strong>stakeholder engagement<\/strong>, or <strong>inter-organizational communication and coordination<\/strong> will be given special consideration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language skills:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in Thai required.
