
POSTING TITLE: Project Manager, Plant Rich Corporate Partnership
CONTRACT DURATION: 8 months contract
WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid (5 days/week, on-site + remote)
LOCATION: UN Global Compact Network Thailand, True Digital Park, Sukhumvit 101, Bangkok
START DATE: Flexible (from July 2026 onward)
ELIGIBILITY: Open to Thai nationals only (due to Thai language requirements)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Employee shall be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Project, including financial management, coordination of financial and accounting activities, communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders as assigned, implementation of project activities, and preparation and submission of reports to the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) and the Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT).
Key responsibilities
Project Duration: 8 months from the date of signing the Project Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The project implementation consists of the following three phases:
Phase 1: Systematic Identification of Growth Drivers for the Plant-Based Food Market (August – October 2026)
July 2026: Project Initiation & Call for Applications
- Establish the project working group and develop partner selection criteria.
- Launch recruitment of corporate partners and supply-chain producers.
August – October 2026: Market Insights & Corporate Wellness Challenge
- Conduct interviews with leading businesses to identify key growth drivers for the plant-based food market.
- Select pilot companies and implement a Corporate Wellness Challenge & Showcase, encouraging increased plant-rich menu adoption through behavior-change campaigns.
- Strengthen participants’ capacity to measure the carbon footprint of food menus.
September 2026: Plant-Rich Month Campaign
- Launch the Plant-Rich Month campaign, including initiatives such as Meatless Monday and 21-Day Plant-Rich Challenge.
- Engage hotels, restaurants, corporate buyers, and media organizations to promote healthier and more sustainable food choices.
Phase 2: Recognition, Knowledge Sharing & Network Expansion (October – December 2026)
- Organize a Plant-Rich Corporate Partnership Awards Ceremony and showcase successful Corporate Wellness Challenge participants.
- Host educational exhibitions and networking activities to connect producers, buyers, chefs, nutrition experts, and industry stakeholders.
- Promote co-innovation in affordable, tasty, and low-carbon plant-rich menu development.
- Feature project activities at major sustainability events, including GCNT Expo 2026, Bangkok Climate Action Week 2026, and SX 2026.
Key Outputs
- Recognition and knowledge-sharing platform for food industry leaders.
- Expanded producer-buyer network and market opportunities for plant-rich products.
- Increased awareness and application of carbon footprint assessment for food products and menus.
Phase 3: Lessons Learned & Policy Recommendations (December 2026 – March 2027)
- Conduct interviews and gather evidence from participating organizations and HORECA stakeholders.
- Assess project outcomes, including carbon footprint reduction, cost implications, and participant satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive project report and policy recommendations to support Thailand’s sustainable food system transition.
Key Output
- A set of business practices and Plant-Rich Policy recommendations to strengthen Thailand’s food security, sustainability, and long-term growth of the plant-based food sector.
COMPETENCIES
- Good understanding of the food and hospitality industries.
- Candidates with experience in marketing, business administration, stakeholder engagement, or inter-organizational communication and coordination will be given special consideration.
- Language skills:
- Proficiency in Thai required. Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Computer/ Technical skills:
- Essential communications and analytics tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn new tools such as Notebook LM
